I recently received my nexus 7 tablet, I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. The tablet itself is extremely fast. Compared to the apple ipad the nexus 7 holds its own. Considering the 200 dollar price tag you are definitely better off doing with the nexus. 7 inch screen is extremely gorgeous and the battery is phenomenal. Google now and google voice typing are super awesome. I typed this entire article with google voice and it was wonderful. If you're considering purchasing a tablet I definitely recommend saving 300 dollars and buying the Nexus 7. 1 drawback to the Nexus is that there are not many tablet orientated apps. However, JellyBean is fairly new, so let's give developers sometime to start making some goodies for us.
The Nexus 7 just spells out premium. The lack of physical on-screen buttons makes the face of the tablet look absolutely stunning. The silver aluminum border around the device give it a very sturdy feel from the edges and it also looks very nice.
